We are looking for an experienced and innovative teacher with a core subject responsibility to join our Senior Leadership Team as a Deputy Head Teacher to help lead the school on its journey to ‘Outstanding’.

St. Peter’s is a small, friendly forward thinking church school serving a vibrant and culturally diverse community, committed to achieving the highest standards for all pupils.

We are looking for:

An energetic and enthusiastic leader to work in close partnership with the new Head Teacher
Excellent teaching across KS1 and KS2
A proven track record of excellent leadership and management skills
Passion, drive and enthusiasm for developing the school further
An ability to make a significant contribution to raising standards across the school
An ability to work in partnership with pupils, parents, staff, governors, the parish and the wider community
A commitment to supporting the school’s Christian ethos and vision
A commitment to inclusion for all
Experience of Inclusion/SENCo role
