The Sholing Technology School is a popular over-subscribed school in east Southampton with enthusiastic and well-motivated staff and students. It is a good school with a strong sense of community and ambition with over 1000 students aged 11-16. We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual who has a proven track record of success. The successful candidate will help to develop our staff and the school’s leadership capacity in order to drive the school towards becoming a centre of excellence.
With over-arching responsibility for school improvement and challenging expectations, your role will be central in helping us reach our ambition to be outstanding. You may already hold a deputy head’s role, but seeking a position that offers more scope for personal development and future headship potential. Alternatively, you may be a learning and development champion with innovative ideas to inspire and lead the team and students to even greater success.
