Deputy Headteacher (Curriculum) – Henley-in-Arden School – Warwickshire

The Headteacher and Governors of Henley in Arden School would like to appoint a Deputy Headteacher with responsibility for the development and delivery of the curriculum.

The successful applicant for the post will demonstrate commitment to the aims of the school:

Key characteristics and responsibilities:

You will be able to work as part of a team and have the confidence to deputise for the Headteacher in leading the school on a day to day basis;
As an excellent teacher yourself, you will lead by example and, working with the appropriate Assistant Headteacher will improve the quality of teaching and learning throughout the school;
You will be able to use a range of information to provide an accurate picture of the school’s academic strengths and weaknesses to the leadership team and governors;
Through constant review, you will ensure that the curriculum we deliver is suitable for all learners and for the expectations of all stakeholders.
You will line manage the five strong Head of Faculty team.
