The Board of Governors and Headteacher are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, forward-thinking and inspirational Deputy Headteacher to join this highly successful and popular school. The successful candidate will have a particular responsibility for curriculum development, assessment and data analysis and upper school accreditation.

Lampard School caters for children and young people aged 5-16 years with complex needs. The School has an excellent reputation and is regularly over-subscribed.

This is a highly important role and is an exciting opportunity to be part of a strong, hardworking and dedicated Senior Leadership Team.

You will need to have high aspirations for students, a strong commitment to the development of the School and the drive to continually raise standards. Proven successful experience in leadership and management is essential and you must be able to demonstrate how your initiatives have impacted on learning and progress for students with complex needs.
