Deputy Headteacher – Haylands Primary School – Isle of Wight

We are excited to offer an opportunity for an existing or aspiring Deputy to join Haylands leadership team on our journey of rapid improvement.

The role will be non – class based, however there will be regular opportunities to teach in a mentoring and coaching role across the school.
Haylands is a large 2 form entry Primary school set in a stunning location in Ryde. The building has a state of the art design with fantastic teaching and learning facilities. We are situated only 15 minutes from Southsea and well worth a visit.
