Stanley Primary School is at a very exciting time in its history. We are nearing completion of an expansion to four form entry, which includes a children’s centre and a unit provision for children with Autistic Spectrum Condition. As part of our expansion we have moved into our state-of-the-art new building.
We are looking for an educational professional who:
Has extensive knowledge of working with pupils with emotional, behavioural and social difficulties and is fully committed to inclusion for all children
Has significant people skills, with attention to both autonomy and accountability
Has experience of being part of the Senior Leadership Team of a primary school
Has a creative and innovative approach
Has excellent track record of leadership and communication skills
Can provide evidence of making a positive and measureable impact on a whole school initiative
Has good knowledge and understanding of the primary curriculum and practice
Is proficient in using data to improve pupil outcomes
The successful candidate will be a dynamic individual who will accept nothing less than a fully inclusive education for all the children in the school.
