Job Description
The person holding this role will ensure that CPSA courses are the best they can be, that they project and educate participants on appropriate and up to date safety and technical matters and ensure that the tutors and assessment standards are appropriate to the Association’s needs. The number of courses offered each year should be optimised across the country and cost-effectiveness maintained whilst achieving maximum revenue. The range of courses covered includes, but is not limited to, Safety, Referee, Shotgun Skills, Instructor and Coach and the post holder will interact with the Education & Training Steering Group as well as colleagues within the Association. A programme of CPD for instructors and coaches should be established and liaison with grounds and current tutors and assessors, instructors and coaches, to promote and develop CPSA courses, will be an integral part of the role.
