Job Description
Responsible for;
• Providing high quality goal keeping coaching and support
• Implementing a training and games programme in line with LTPD guidelines
• To support the coaches across all age groups
• The welfare of players within their designated age group

    Key skills and experience required: Essential
• FA Level 2 GK Certificate in Coaching Football
• FA Youth Award Module 1
• FA Licensed Coaches Club Member
• A recognised First Aid Qualification valid within the last 3 years
• Knowledge and understanding of child protection issues including holding a current FA Safeguarding Children Workshop certificate
• An accepted Enhanced FA CRC (Criminal Records Check) Disclosure within last 3 years
• An understanding of current FA Girls Pathway and local grassroots girls football
• Have knowledge and understanding of child development and be sensitive to children’s needs
• Willingness to work weekends and attend training events when required
• Own transport essential

    Key skills and experience required: Desirable
• Experience in coaching girls’ football
• An understanding of Talent Identification
• An appreciation of Long Term Player Development
• Knowledge and understanding of working with young players
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Understanding of the FA Girls’ England Talent Pathway
