We are an outstanding secondary Catholic Academy in Birmingham offering outstanding graduates the opportunity to join our lively and well supported team of Learning Coaches.
You will be working in small groups and on a 1:1 basis focusing on developing literacy or numeracy skills across all year groups. The Academy is recognised as a beacon of excellence in terms of providing professional development opportunities to all staff and we are proud of our links with the Teach First and School Direct programmes.
Our facilities are outstanding and we are easily accessible by public transport from Birmingham’s vibrant City Centre. We have invested heavily in technology and all graduate staff use iPads to promote the use of digital technology in the classroom.
We offer an attractive starting salary, a contributory pension scheme, free car parking, subsidised dining facilities and genuine opportunities for progression in an energetic and supportive environment.
The post is offered on a fixed term basis from September 2015 to July 2016 at a salary of £19,048 (pro rata).
