Headteacher – Christ The King Catholic Primary School – Birmingham

Due to the promotion of our current Headteacher, Mr Adam Hardy, the Governors of this outstanding school seek to appoint from January 2016 an experienced, inspirational and enthusiastic practising Catholic who will build on existing excellent practice and continue to lead the school on the next stage of its journey.

We are looking for a practising Catholic who:

has a strong commitment to our school’s Catholic mission and aims;
is highly motivated with proven leadership skills and experience of successfully leading aspects of school improvement;
has excellent management and interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, challenge and inspire staff so that all children experience the best possible Catholic education;
has proven success as an excellent classroom teacher, able to inspire and motivate all children to achieve their personal best;
will continue to develop effective partnerships between home, school, parish and the wider community including other local Catholic schools.
