Programme starts: Summer 2016
Take up headship: by September 2016
Lead the school that needs you most.
We are recruiting headteachers and deputies ready for headship to take up headship roles in challenging schools serving disadvantaged communities.
Many schools, especially those in disadvantaged areas, are struggling to recruit great leaders. We’ll match you with the one that needs you most, and give you the funds, coaching and support you need to drive sustainable change.
You’ll receive:
Mentoring and ongoing support from another experienced school leader
Support, tailored training and expert coaching from The Future Leaders Trust’s Headship Institute
£50,000 Leadership Sustainability Fund to help your school improve and build a strong leadership pipeline
Up to £15,000 worth of support with relocation
Competitive salary (arranged when you’re matched to your school).
With a passion for improving education, you’ll commit to lead the school for three years – and get it on track for a great future.
Who we’re looking for.
We want exceptional and committed leaders who are ready for a new challenge.
You will be:
