The successful headteacher will:

Have the vision and leadership to motivate, challenge and inspire our school in the next stage of its development on its journey to outstanding.
Demonstrate a commitment to collaborative leadership and further develop strong relationships.
Be able to inspire and work in partnership with pupils, staff, parents, governors and other schools
Be committed to providing a rich and exciting curriculum which meets the learning needs of all children.
Is well organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
