inspire, challenge and motivate staff, in order to maintain and develop the best teaching and learning;
work closely with our governing body in the assessment, monitoring and evaluation of pupils’ progress, attainment and wellbeing; and
work collaboratively with local heads but in particular with heads of other local Catholic schools to ensure high standards of attainment and to sustain and develop the school’s Catholic Ethos;
