Due to the retirement of our highly respected Headteacher, the Governing Body seeks to appoint an enthusiastic and inspiring Headteacher who will lead, develop and enhance the excellent foundations already in place.

The Governing Body are looking for someone who:

Is an inspiring and passionate leader, who has our children’s learning, well-being and happiness at the heart of every decision you make;
Is committed to high standards of learning and behaviour and enhances the caring ethos of the school where everyone is valued;
Is able to work collaboratively and lead by example, both within the school community and with other schools and organisations, in particular with the separate Junior School;
Has a clear, strategic vision coupled with an enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning to give our children every opportunity to reach their potential;
Has the confidence to identify opportunities for developing ambitious new initiatives whilst empowering staff to take these forward.
