Anglesey Primary Academy, based in Staffordshire, opened December 2012 and is sponsored by the Academies Enterprise Trust (AET). The Academy is a 3 form entry Primary Academy with 630 pupils and 4 forms in years 5 and 6. Approximately 76% of children are bilingual or multilingual and there are 23 different languages spoken within the Academy. The Academy is forward thinking with dedicated, hardworking staff who are committed to serving a culturally and linguistically diverse community.
In December 2013 the Academy was placed into Special Measures. Our last three monitoring visits have been extremely positive and our plan is to be a good school by Autumn 2015.

Year Leader responsibility for leading a year group of 3 classes would be available to the right candidate.
