Do you want to work in an academy where traditional values of discipline and respect are sacrosanct?
Rodillian Academy, one of the most improved schools in the North of England has an exciting and unique opportunity to join its high performing Maths department. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and innovative practitioner who will not only contribute to Maths teaching, but will also lead in learning across the school. The Lead practitioner would in essence be an internal AST; join a team of Deputy Directors of Learning and work closely with the Assistant Head responsible for teaching and learning.
The Rodillian Academy was judged “Good with Outstanding features” by Ofsted in June 2012. Leadership and Management and Behaviour were judged “Outstanding”. The Academy has a reputation for traditional values of discipline and respect; high expectations for all; an innovative curriculum; excellent staff/student relationships, and is committed to the personal and professional development of its staff. In addition, we enjoy the benefits of a 30 million pound building, with state of the art resources, opened in 2008.
