The Kent Catholic Schools’ Partnership (KCSP) is looking for an experienced Primary practitioner to join the largest MAT in the London and South-East region, to work with the School Improvement Director and our Catholic Head Teachers to support the continued drive towards excellence.

You will be expected to raise levels of achievement and secure improved pupil and faith outcomes in our schools through the effective support, monitoring and challenge of schools. Additionally you will facilitate appropriate support packages to achieve the rapid and sustained improvement of Partnership primary schools within set timescales.

The successful individual will have experience of leading school improvement through senior school leadership positions. You will be committed to the highest standards of progress and attainment.

We are seeking someone who has a commitment to and understanding of the Catholic mission of the Partnership and our schools.
