Recruitment Academy Engagement Officer
Salary: £26,790 per annum
Hours of work: 35 Hours per week, Monday – Friday
Location: SportPark, Loughborough
The Institute of Swimming work in conjunction with Swim England as a subsidiary, and exist for the good of the sport; developing the best aquatic professionals is our priority.
We are the largest provider of Swim England qualifications and aquatics courses and we train over 60 per cent of all swimming teachers in the UK.
Do you want to deliver a service with a rewarding purpose? We are seeking a Recruitment Academy Engagement Officer to join our team, initially on a 12-month fixed term basis with the opportunity to become permanent upon the successful implementation of the academy.
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to play a key part in developing, implementing and delivering a new industry leading service that will contribute to the effective delivery of learn to swim programmes for our partners. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will use your excellent customer service and organisational skills to deliver an effective national recruitment service for academy learners, partners and stakeholders. You will also fully administer the programme, following through on leads generated by the business development team to ensure that our partners receive first-class support and our learners are equipped for interviews.
The successful candidate must:
• Have experience of coordinating recruitment campaigns along with an understanding of related best practice
• Have the ability to form and strengthen relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
• Have the ability to communicate effectively across all levels and channels of communication
• Have the ability to manage a varied work programme, including all related administration, within tight deadlines
