Job Description
Knight, Kavanagh & Page, specialists in sport, physical activity, leisure, culture, green spaces and research, has a vacancy for a new member of staff to help it to deliver its increasing workload (initially for a fixed 12 month contract but with prospects of permanent employment). The role is wide-ranging; from interviewing volunteers in sports clubs, local residents and community groups about the quality and value of sport and leisure facilities, playing pitches and green spaces to undertaking site visits, recording/analysing data and preparing reports.
The successful candidate will be conscientious, well-organised and a good communicator. You must have a good level of ICT literacy, be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative and have the ability to produce high quality written reports.
A full driving licence is essential as the job involves travel throughout the UK. The role will be based at KKP’s offices in north Manchester but you must be flexible and willing to work on projects that involve being away from home overnight on a fairly regular basis.
