This is an exciting time to join our Education Team! RNIB Three Spires Academy converted in September 2013 and is sponsored by RNIB Specialist Learning Trust. It continues to make significant progress and build on its strengths as it enters into the next exciting stage of the school’s development.

RNIB Three Spires Academy is a special educational needs (SEN) school in Coventry for children aged 3-11 with moderate learning difficulties (MLD) or severe learning difficulties (SLD). Over half of our pupils have autistic spectrum disorders (ASD) whilst others have communication difficulties, physical disabilities or sensory impairments.

You will need to be enthusiastic, organised, hardworking, and have the ability to deliver a creative, highly differentiated curriculum. You will also be required to be a flexible and positive team player.
