Ideally, you will:
– Have experience working as a teaching assistant with Secondary age students and/or SEN students;
– Have at least a Grade C in GCSE or O-Level qualifications in Maths and English;
– Be passionate about inclusion and meeting students’ individual needs;
– Be highly motivated, resilient and committed to securing the best possible outcomes for our students;
– Be positive, proactive and solution focused;
– Have high expectations of yourself and the students you work with;
– Have a good understanding of working with students with special educational needs;
– Be a team player with a good sense of humour;
– Be willing to ‘go the extra mile’ for our pupils.
