We have an exciting opportunity for an Academic Technician to join the Sports Department at Loughborough College working with Further Education, Elite Sport and Higher Education students and staff.

You will play a leading role in co-ordinating facilities and equipment for staff and students across a range of programmes, including a fully equipped laboratory. You will deliver laboratory skills sessions for HE students and will play a key role in both student dissertations and supporting teaching staff in laboratory sessions. You will be responsible for keeping facilities and equipment in a good working order and ensuring students are safe within all learning environments.

You must have a high level of technical proficiency whilst being organised and thorough as well as the ability to communicate effectively.

A Degree in Sports Science and experience of teaching or training are essential requirements of this post.
