The Role
Required January 2023, a well-qualified, enthusiastic teacher of social sciences to join a strong, dedicated and dynamic team for three days a week.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
· Be fully qualified to teach both Sociology and Criminology at Key Stage 5.
· Participate in the performance and development review process, taking personal responsibility for identification of learning, development and training opportunities in discussion with line manager.
· Demonstrate a capacity to design materials that are scaffolded and will engage students in the learning process

We are a large secondary school in Colchester and also enjoy a thriving Sixth Form College. We are a popular School with waiting lists for every year and are proud of our strong academic record.
