To succeed in this role you will need to demonstrate experience and expertise in Fashion Design development, creative pattern cutting and construction, digital skills and a focus on menswear design concepts in order to supervise students effectively and to strengthen our existing team.
We are seeking an experienced, creative menswear fashion design practitioner with technical expertise in menswear to complement our existing team and directly supervise fashion design students in a studio environment.
For this role
you should have knowledge and understanding of current developments and trends in Fashion and professional contexts as an established practitioner as well as having experience of teaching Fashion Design.
You will contribute to the teaching, the assessment activities, administration, curriculum development and organisation. You should also demonstrate extensive practical knowledge and experience of the Fashion Menswear Industry, informed by current practices, innovations and technologies.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, digital skills and the capacity to teach in a multi-disciplinary environment.You will join a highly motivated team, which enjoys significant opportunities and support for personal development.
