Job Description
   Key skills and Experience Required: Essential
• FA Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Football
• FA Youth Award Module 1 and 2
• FA Licensed
• FA Emergency Aid Certificate
• Knowledge and understanding of child protection issues including holding a current FA Safeguarding Children Workshop Certificate
• An accepted Enhanced FA CRC (Criminal Record Check within the last 3 years)
• Experience in coaching girls’ football
• An understanding of current FA Girls Pathway and local grassroots girls football
• Willingness to work weekdays in school holidays (5 across the season) and attend training events when required
• Own transport essential

• An understanding of Talent Identification
• An appreciation of Long Term Player Development
• Knowledge and understanding of working with young players
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Understanding of the FA Girls’ England Talent Pathway
