Danetre and Southbrook Learning Village (DSLV) is a 4-19 mixed academy with 1190 students on roll, including 369 in the Primary phase and 29 at Post-16. The school is situated on the outskirts of Daventry with good links to the M1.

The newly appointed Principal and Governors are seeking to appoint a dynamic individual with real commitment and drive, together with a demonstrable track record of raising standards, to lead on improving the quality of learning and teaching across the school, with an initial emphasis on the secondary phase. The successful candidate must be an excellent practitioner, able to lead by example and inspire others, whilst offering support and challenge to teaching colleagues, line managing appropriate staff and at least one curriculum area. The role will involve taking a strategic lead on learning and teaching and further developing a curriculum which excites, engages and inspires our students.
