Scottish Gymnastics (SGA) are on a journey to becoming a world class governing body for our members and partners and we are looking for like-minded people who will help us on the way. Through our 12-year strategy we have identified a need to focus on areas that will make a real difference. These posts will help us to deliver our ambitions, those of our members, member clubs and the gymnastics workforce.
Scottish Gymnastics are seeking to appoint a highly motivated individual to lead and drive the exciting new business area of workforce development. The successful candidate will need to build on our strong education foundations and establish quality and unique development opportunities and experiences for our 1600+ coaches and judges across all our competitive disciplines and each level of the pathway.
The appointed person will need to demonstrate a track record in the development of people in addition to previous experience in developing and delivering plans and strategies. They will need to be able to manage resources and time effectively, be confident, self-motivated, have experience of working in a performance environment and be an influential team member.
This management position will be a challenging yet extremely rewarding role which contributes to our World Class aspirations within our new 12-year Strategy.
