The position will be supporting the head of design, working on a wide range of projects across interior and graphic design. These would include design of residential and office spaces as well as a wide range of marketing collateral. The position would require a creative and open-minded candidate who is keen on innovative, cross disciplinary design.

Typical roles and responsibilities:
support and contribute to our in-house design team
working on the layout and design of company flyers, invitations, pamphlets and other promotional materials
photo editing
attending meetings and taking notes for development director
taking direction and supporting the development director with daily activities
working closely with other team members and external consultants on The Collective’s design competitions aimed at talented and upcoming designers
Candidate must be:

the ability to deliver challenging tasks
Skills and experience:
graphic design or architecture graduate
Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
CAD (beneficial but not essential)
an eye for design and consistency in branding look and feel
a keen interest in architecture and interior design
ability to deal with a range of different personalities
desire to work in an entrepreneurially led, fast moving environment
