MEP Manager – Teesside
We are working with a large international contractor in relation to their ongoing business in the region. With an extensive background in the successful delivery of large infrastructure projects they are currently carrying out the civil works on a large energy from waste project.
They now require an experienced MEP construction manager to run a £5 million package of works. This role will hold responsibilities of overseeing the MEP sub contractor across the project and ensure their work is up to standard.
For the role my client is looking for a construction manager with a proven track record in managing complex MEP packages related to similar projects including bms systems.
This really is a great opportunity to join a large leading contractor in who have a solid current order book and several large upcoming projects.
On offer will be a salary in the region of £35k per year plus package.
