Patel Taylor is an award-winning London based architecture, landscape and urban design practice. We are currently working on some of the largest urban regeneration schemes in the UK including a new 30-storey mixed-use tower on London’s Southbank, and a masterplan for London Dock in Wapping, the former News International site. Owing to expansion and a number of exciting opportunities in the UK and abroad, we are now looking to recruit an ambitious senior/project architect. This role would suit someone with an interest in developing their skills at a well-respected practice.
Senior/project architect:
extensive background in both high-end residential and affordable housing
three to four plus years post Part III qualification
outstanding design ability
intellectually rigorous
experience of working directly with the client, consultants and contractors
proven team leadership experience
UK experience of leading projects from feasibility through to contract administration
good technical detailing skills and a thorough knowledge of UK building regulations
excellent Microstation
confident with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign
Revit experience would be an advantage
ambitious and pro-active approach
good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
