We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our Technology Team based at the National Tennis Centre, Roehampton, London,
The right candidate will be responsible for 1st and 2nd Line desktop support for circa 300 Colleagues based at the National Tennis Centre and those in Regional Offices around the country.
This role is ideal for individuals looking to make the transition from a 1st / 2nd line support focused role into a dedicated 2nd line role with 3rd line exposure, with experience in Microsoft and networking based technologies; excellent troubleshooting skills; strong organisational and excellent communication skills, level of flexibility and good overall IT knowledge. And by providing great customer service, this role will ensure excellence in delivery across all teams including performance, participation and major events.
