Cherry Willingham Community School is seeking to recruit a dynamic passionate and dedicated candidate who will lead, manage and co-ordinate SEND provision across the school ensuring that the educational needs of all our students with additional needs are fully met. You will also have teaching responsibilities and also be responsible for safeguarding. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to make a real difference, a person who shares our vision and values of “being your best”. The successful candidate will hold the National SENCo Award or commit to completing the qualification within 3 years of appointment, be able to lead a team of dedicated Teaching Assistants and have a proven track record of teaching.
