Job Description

The role will include the following key tasks:

1. Formulate the commercial aspects of strategic and long-term business plans
2. Working with the Board and CEO, lead the delivery of the commercial strategy returning the projected levels of revenue / sponsorship / partnership support
3. Work with the Board Director (for Commercial) to manage and maximise the use of the Commercial Group for maximum return
4. Ensure an effective merchandising system is in place for players, members and potential customers
5. Develop a sponsorship package / series of offers to attract new and diverse partners, sponsors, suppliers
6. Identifying new commercial opportunities and developing benefits packages
7. Working with the Chief Executive to negotiate contracts
8. Manage the delivery of benefits for commercial partners including elsewhere across the organisation as required
