Job Description
To coordinate all aspects of the Junior Training Centre, which is a local programme for emerging talent ran by AFC Bournemouth Academy for the ages of U9-U14, whilst also assisting with the successful identification and recruitment of Foundation Phase & Pre-Academy players for the academy.

Required Qualifications
• FA Level 1 in Talent Identification
• Full Valid driving license
• Valid DBS
• Safeguarding Children Certificate
• Computer literate
