Last year our team of around 24 people lead the delivery of 35 events in 10 countries helping over 35,000 people realise what they are capable of. In the process our events raised over £16m for charity.
We’re looking for a new member to join our team.

We’ll be asking you to do this
Take ownership of a portfolio of approx 3 accounts, ensuring smooth delivery of their bespoke events from concept to evaluation (inc one multi-sport / multi-event project and one European cycle ride)
Quickly build and maintain client relationships, earning the trust of stakeholders of all levels to develop the account towards renewal
Work closely with Operations lead to counsel clients across a range of issues
Ensure the financial success of projects, driving efficiencies and monitoring service levels
Maintain momentum with both internal and client teams, using project timelines and weekly meetings (drawing up agendas and writing status reports)
Monitor quality and deadline adherence and advise the Senior Account Director of any perceived issues in a timely manner
Plan and execute the participant journey, managing online registration system, inbox traffic, copy writing email comms and creating event guides (with support from junior team)
Lead creation of event branding (from brief to production to delivery)
Prepare for and run the health, safety and incident management workshops with client stakeholders (with external consultant supporting)
Attend live events in the role of Client Liaison and as a key member of core delivery team

These skills will also be useful
8+yrs in an account management or project management role within outdoor sports events
Friendly, reliable team focussed demeanour
Advanced computer skills (apple software and Mac proficiency desirable)
Experience in set up and management of online registration systems and mass email software (e.g. ACTIVE Networks and MailChimp)

THE PACKAGE AND OTHER GREAT STUFF
SALARY: £40,000k to £43,999k per annum pro rata (dependant on experience)
HOLIDAY: 28 days pro rata (inc. bank holidays)
PENSION: 5% employer contribution after 3 months
FLEXIBLE HOURS: 9-5pm with flexibility for early or late starts (occasional remote working requests considered)
TERM: January to October – 5 days per week
