Overview of Role:
Be a registered person for the camp
Acting as the primary point of contact for parents on site, including feeding back any observations or issues to parents
To liaise with Managing Director on weekly itinerary planning
To organise staff on tasks and areas of work on site
To ensure the site is safe and children are not left unattended
Manage the children on site as and when they require assistance
To manage the football camp that will be operating on the MUGA pitches
Organise staff rota and weekly worksheet
Liaising with parents on site as and when necessary
Managing administrative duties
