Roles of the job :
– Able to plan, deliver and assess a range of high quality innovative sports and physical activities to children following set program guidelines and relevant templates.
– Deliver and promote/market premier activities.
– Independently manage their workload and diaries and also be responsible for the management of the customers of which they are assigned.
– Communicate effectively and professionally with all members of the leadership team and designated schools as an advocate for Premier and their values.
– Manage and produce weekly reports on information linked directly to customers and roles assigned and suggest improvements based on data.
– Effectively report on the monitoring and self-evaluation of personal performance.
– Deliver weekend & evening activities when required.
– Mentor and offer support / guidance to AP’s & Junior AP’s to support specific areas of performance management and company objectives.

Skills/Experience required
– Hold all qualifications to meet Premier Operating Standards – Coaching L2 or above, School environment L2 or above e.g. PESS level 2, Coaching Children L2 or above e.g. Multi Skills.
– Demonstrate experience and the ability to follow instructions, procedures and policies with previous experience of meeting set deadlines.
– No Criminal Convictions and be able to successfully undergo a DBS criminal records check.
– Knowledge and experience of using ICT such as Microsoft Office, including; word, excel, etc and access to email.
– Good written and oral communication skills.
– Proven organisational skills.
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as individually with minimal supervision.
– Passed experience of project management and team management

Person Specification:
– People applying for this role should demonstrate a clear enthusiasm for physical activity and sport and wanting to get the best out of other people and themselves
– They should also demonstrate a strong emphasis towards compliance towards authority and following procedures
– The successful candidate will be charming and good around people, talkative, persuasive and are empathetic when working and listening to others
– Display good levels of independence, drive and have access to own transport and is sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel
– Candidates must be able commit to becoming an ethical leader who is wholeheartedly committed to the vision and objectives of the company and organisation
– Candidates will be ambitious, strong-willed and have a personal vision and a clear direction of how they can progress within the company.
