Active Tameside are working in partnership with Public Health Tameside to lead a range of health and wellbeing services across the borough. One such programme, the Live Active service, works with inactive residents who have been diagnosed with a long term health condition and supports them to become more active, resulting in lasting impacts to their mental health and physical wellbeing.
The service is now recruiting and we have an exciting opportunity for a scheme administrator to join this dynamic and fast paced team.
The Administrator will be responsible for the smooth operation and organisation of the service. They will hold excellent customer service skills and have the ability to communicate effectively with both patients and medical professionals alike. The post holder will use the services dedicated software programme Refer-All to manage patient flow and data collection, of which full training will be given.
If you are a fast learner, have attention to detail and amazing organisational skills then we would like to hear from you.
