35 Hours Per Week
9am – 5pm Monday to Friday

Swim England is the national governing body for swimming in England.
We help people learn how to swim, enjoy the water, and compete in our sports of swimming, diving, water polo and synchronised swimming.

We are seeking two Administrators to join our Awarding Body team on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity working within the Awarding Body department. As part of a busy team you will be responsible for supporting the day to day administration function of the Swim England Awarding Body, including all aspects of Qualifications and CPD provisions. Reporting to the Awarding Body Responsible Officer, you will also be responsible for liaising with customers to handle requests such as certificates and results via telephone, email and post.

The successful candidates must:
• Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Have experience of working in a customer focused environment
• Have the ability to act on own initiative and able to work as part of a team
