Job Description
Applicants should have proven track record of providing high levels of customer service, an eye for detail and a pro-active approach ethos and have experience of working with IT software to support the delivery of customer service including phones and email.

As part of a dynamic ‘one team’ approach, to take pro-active responsibility as the first point of contact for all enquiries to the Customer Service Centre and ensuring that a high quality of service is delivered at all times. The role includes leading on all coach education enquiries and administration.
– To ensure that all enquiries to the Customer Service Centre are dealt with promptly, in line with agreed standards and targets. To have full knowledge of the IT infrastructure to support the customer experience including Whole Game System, Participant, Smartpay and Zendesk.
– To establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues to ensure a ‘one team approach’ to the delivery of the Customer Service Centre’s performance standards in line with the overall business objectives and targets.
– To support all administration functions across the business including Discipline, Courses, Referee registration, Affiliation, County Cups, Marcoms.
– Work flexibly across the CFA to support all business functions as and when required by the CEO/COO/SMT

Location: Birmingham County FA, Ray Hall Lane, Great Barr, Birmingham B43 6JF
Places Available: 2
Hours: 9 – 5 Monday to Thursday with an hour lunch, 9-4:30 Friday with a half hour lunch

Weekly Wage: The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices
