Job Description
Football Development Schools in partnership with West Bromwich Albion Football Club are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have a passion for football and other sports to join our successful and ever growing Apprenticeship Programme.
Our Apprenticeships are designed for those who want to earn a wage whilst achieving a recognised qualification along with offering the invaluable opportunity to work with professional football coaches who have over 30 years experience producing over 15 professional footballers, forming the pathway for 192 players at professional clubs and 7 International youth players. Apprentices will also gain experience in travelling abroad assisting our coaching team at Elite football tournaments.

Gain recognised qualifications without having to attend college –
· 1st4sport level 2 in supporting learning in physical education and schools.
· 1st4sport level 2 award in Employment Awareness in Active Leisure and Learning.
· 1st4sport level 2 NVQ Qualification in Active Leadership
· FA level 1 and 2 coaching qualifications based on progress.
The Apprenticeship programme is for 1 year. 30 hours per week at an hourly apprenticeship wage of £3.90. You will be required to work within one of the following locations:
Leicestershire
Northamptonshire
Warwickshire

Rutland
Market Harborough (Head office)
Holding a valid UK Driving License and having access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
Main job roles working along side our qualified coaching team whilst gaining your qualifications:
Assisting and delivering football and other sports sessions in primary schools.
Assisting and delivering football sessions in our Development Centres (Evenings).
Assisting at fixtures (Evenings/Weekends).
Delivering sessions at holiday soccer camps.
Assisting at football tournaments.
Office administration (Head office).
