Support Sport are a not for profit organisation, established to engage, inspire and empower children and young people, using sport as a catalyst. We are seeking an Area Manager to in developing this environment within their area, ensuring that we can continue to develop as an organisation and provide children and young people with the best opportunities.

Demonstrate and promote the Values, vision, mission and aims of Support Sport
Increase Sales in Coventry, Solihull and North Warwickshire, in accordance with KPI’s.
Apply for funding in Coventry, Solihull and North Warwickshire.
Develop, deliver, monitor and evaluate projects in Coventry, Solihull and North Warwickshire.
Maintain relationships with funders potentially involved with Support Sport.
Forward planning for the success of programmes in Coventry, Solihull, North Warwickshire (CSNW).
Appropriate Line management of staff, holding them accountable for KPI’s.
Providing Training, Skills and Development opportunities for Support Sport staff.
Marketing and publicity for Support Sport, including networking, and some I opportunities in anti-social hours.
Supporting Desigated Safeguarding Lead, to manage the Safeguarding and welfare of children in CSNW.
Develop and maintain successful Partnerships, helping us to meet our aims in CSNW.
Increase sales in Contracted and Commercial provision in CSNW.
Provide Value to customers in CSNW, building the customer lifecycle and pathways for participation.
Manage the Staffing and rota appropriately, accounting staff workload, work and life balance, relative role and skill sets and financial implication.
Manage Budgets and invoicing for CSNW.
Working independently and as a team to reach KPI’s for CSNW.
Provide a Monthly report on kpi’s set for CSNW.
Ensure that Human resource management is closely followed to comply with employment law.
Ensure that all company Policy and Procedures are followed closely, in order to create an atmosphere of clarity in the staff team.
Manage and train a team of 5-15 Staff, in order to deliver our aims in CSNW
Ensure that all staff in CSNW follow professional routines within the company office, acting in a respectful, courteous and efficient manner.
Ensure that management and supply of resources is monitored closely to enable safe and efficient work.
Ensure that Health and safety procedures, and all other legal responsibilities are carried out in CSNW and for all Support Sport projects.
Deliver a high level of customer service to all forms of customers that Support Sport work with.
Co-ordinate and communicate programmes in CSNW with other staff members.
Undertake training necessary to improve personal skills, qualities and performance
Uphold high standards of coaching sessions. Delivery, Training, Mentoring and Quality Assurance are important parts of this role.
