We are recruiting for an Assistant Service Manager to join the Active Tameside team.
As an Assistant Service Manager you will oversee the general management of one of our centres and its people. You will manage day-to-day operation and supervision of one of our facilities ensuring it operates within publicised times, staffed according to shift rota’s and presented at the highest standards in line with the requirements of the policies and procedures.
You will also assist the Area Operations Manager in developing service plans to meet performance targets for the centre.
In return we can offer you the opportunity to play a major role in the provision of an excellent service. Ongoing training and development will be provided.
