Job Description
Barts and the London Tennis Club have an exciting coaching opportunity to develop the performance of their Men’s and Women’s teams within the British University Sports League (BUCS). The Men’s compete in the South East BUCS 3B and Women’s in BUCS 2B..
The successful coach should be able to deliver coaching sessions on the technical and tactical aspects of tennis required at this level. All equipment will be provided at the sessions and training should be in line with the performance and development needs of the team and individuals.
The successful coach will ideally have a level 3 certificate, with a minimum requirement of a level 2 certificate (or equivalent) in coaching Tennis.
The coach will be required to attend training sessions on Fridays Evenings 19:00 – 21:00 at Lee Valley Tennis Centre (East London) on indoor tennis courts.
Please note that QMSU will not provide UK visas for this coaching position, we do not provide housing, flight costs or additional expenses. This job does not represent full time employment and should not be relied upon for a sole income. You will be required to attend 2 hours per week of training.
Interview will take place on Friday 20th January 2017 between the hours of 19:00 – 21:00 at Lee Valley Tennis Centre
