One of central London’s leading contemporary furniture showrooms is looking for a full-time bookkeeper/office manager to join its enthusiastic team.
The job‘s role is to organise the financial administration and general office management. This requires a detailed methodical approach with a desire to provide the best service possible. Knowledge of Sage is essential and Filemaker desirable.
You will be required to cross check purchase orders with invoices, post all necessary information to Sage and prepare the accounts for submission to our accountants. You will also be required to submit monthly Intrastat reports.
In addition you will assist in the smooth day to day running of the office/showroom.
If you are very organised, love furniture and design and enjoy meeting people, then this could be for you. The successful candidate will have proven administrative skills and experience, preferably from within the contemporary furniture field, but this is not essential
