Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive person who is looking to further their analysis career within professional football.
You will have the opportunity to work within a dedicated team of knowledgeable, talented performance analysts and coaches at a forward thinking club.

Responsibilities:
-Leading and producing all U23 pre, post and live match analysis alongside the team of coaches.
-Filming U23 training using a drone and providing in depth post training analysis for both the team & individuals.
-Providing and analysing statistical data on U23 matches (individually and team data).
-Assisting the coaching / academy staff with U23 player reviews throughout the season.
-To create and manage a best practice video library of all the teams DNA / best practice clips as well as all the matches & training sessions.
– To carry out longer term development projects at the club.
– Working on any other tasks that may be required from the analysis / coaching departments.

The Successful Candidate Must Have:
-Someone with a ‘can do’ attitude that produces solutions rather than problems.
-A very good work ethic, attention to detail, good communication skills & the ability to work within a team.
-A creative side, willing, and able to keep the developing the analysis offered at the club.
-Able to use the following confidently to a high standard; SportsCode, Coach Paint, Scout7 ISF, Keynote & Microsoft Excel.
-Advanced computer skills (mac and windows) with experience in compiling and presenting large sets of data.
-Be self motivated / committed with the ability to show initiative and work to strict time constraints.
-Keeping the standards high of analysis delivered at the club.
-Flexible and able to work unsociable hours & weekends.
-The ability to build a good two way working relationships with the analysis department, coaching staff and players.

Requirements:
-Previous analysis experience with a minimum of 2 years working within professional football (at least one season leading analysis for a team)
-Undergraduate degree relating to Performance Analysis / Sports Science or Coaching.
-Coaching qualifications are desirable (FA / UEFA)
-A full UK driving license.
