Rolfe Judd Planning is one of London’s leading independent planning practices. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic business administrator to join our young and energetic planning team. This will be a key role for the company moving forward and the ideal candidate will be a proactive and creative individual with some previous administrative experience and a keen interest (and preferably training) in marketing and business development.
You will be responsible for providing day-today administrative support to our busy team – which will include (but not limited to) compiling planning applications, coordinating on-line submissions, preparing planning appeal documentation, document binding, mail merges, arranging meetings, scanning and document binding.
You will also work with Rolfe Judd’s in-house marketing and graphics team to compile marketing publications, brochures and presentations for new clients and planning/design statements for current projects. You will also manage our web-site; take a lead in preparing and generating news items and coordinate marketing events and social engagements. Creativity and attention to detail will therefore be key qualities.
Previous relevant experience within a planning, architectural, design or other creative industry will be helpful. We will also require you to be fully conversant with Microsoft Office and InDesign.
