Award-winning furniture company is looking for a part-time business development executive to join the team and help generate new sales in the interiors market.
This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who wants to get involved in a small, creative, and growing business.
Principal duties will include:
identifying and targeting new market sectors
generating new leads through cold calling, meetings, exhibitions
following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
planning and preparing presentations
communication of new product developments to prospective clients
updating and managing the in-house database of customers and leads
supporting and contributing to the marketing strategy
providing management with feedback
We are looking for somebody with:
selling experience
plenty of initiative and common sense
excellent communication and negotiation skills
good business sense
lots of energy, a positive attitude and an enthusiasm for selling
an interest in design
Pay rate is negotiable and dependent upon experience and skills.
