B2B Business Development Manager – Top Rewards for Proven Performers
We are looking for a top sales representatives with a proven track record to join our team. You will be selling an exciting suite of products and services, designed to service the unique needs of cricketing bodies, administrators, scorers and coaches. These solutions help to make the game of cricket even better – as is evidenced by the 47 of the worlds 106 national governing bodies currently utilising the CricHQ platform.
The role in summary:
● A full-speed-ahead, fast paced ‘hunting’ role involving finding and confirming appointments with Cricketing administrative bodies across the Europe, Africa and America’s territory.
● Generating your own leads and appointments to supplement this regular flow of inbound appointments.
● Destroying sales targets on a regular basis and reaping serious rewards for doing so.
● Selling the holistic CricHQ platform to the benefit of prospective customers.
● Proven strong demand for the products & services.
● Uncapped earning potential – compensation that will not disappoint!
Are you right for this role? We are looking for:
● A minimum of 1-2 years selling experience.
● Passion for the game of cricket at all levels.
● Someone who gains pleasure out of smashing targets – and has the track record to prove it
● A super positive attitude with high levels of motivation to succeed – this role is definitely not micro managed!
● A quick learner who can absorb a significant amount of product & specialist industry knowledge – full training is provided.
● Preferably a Driver-Expressive personality.
● The ability to ask potentially uncomfortable questions and respectfully debate points to overcome objections and help a prospect to understand the actions needed to achieve the success they desire.
● A general understanding of cricket administration, technology and the internet and the ability to understand technical requirements that may be posed by an organisation.
● People who thrive in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
● Very strong English communication skills.
● The ability to persuade me you are the person for the role!
