The Commercial Partnerships Team works across four key strategic areas of work: promoting The National Lottery, supporting NGBs to generate revenue, generating revenue and value for UK Sport and maximising the impact of UK Sport’s work on local communities across the UK.
We are now seeking to recruit an experienced, highly competent and capable Business Development Manager to lead on the day-to-day management of the UK Sport and English Institute of Sport (EIS) new business strategy with a focus on value-added partnerships; to lead on the development and delivery of projects to drive revenue generation across the UK Sport business and to lead on the day-to-day management on the EIS commercial strategy.

We are looking for someone who has the following knowledge, skills and experience:
• Proven business acumen
• Strong strategic outlook, with excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
• Experience of leading high-profile and complex projects with defined objectives Ability to manage complex projects which require collaboration with internal and external teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess confidence and credibility to operate at a senior level
• A creative thinker with the tenacity and confidence to see things through to implementation and completion
• Strong planning and organisational skills, ability to prioritise, meet timescales.
• IT literate
